Hello Supporters,

I decided not to follow up with peta.  Why? Because the person (probably an intern) that left me a voicemail,  asked, "What is floatopia?" I'll save you my rant about that although it should be obvious. 

The Virginia Pilot called me back today and asked for permission to publish one of my rants directed toward the Ocean Park Civic League meeting,  in particular anyone who believed Hansen's lie. He denied knowing about the event,  yet it's happened twice a year for over ten years! Can we all yell,  "Fire his ass for not doing his job!?" I can't stand a liar!

On another note,  I was asked the stupidest question the other day from someone who pretended to support my efforts.  She asked why I was so interested in this considering I don't even live in Virginia Beach.  The ignorance astounds me! 

It does not matter if I live on the flipping North Pole! I CARE ABOUT *OUR* MARINE LIFE,  *OUR* OCEAN,  *OUR* CHESAPEAKE BAY,  which I grew up near. 

I guess some people are upset because they feel a "non-local" has done more in less than two weeks to stop FLOATOPIA than they have done collectively in TEN PLUS YEARS.
