We, ENGENE, are writing this petition to express our deep concern regarding the recent announcement about Heeseung focusing on his solo career, which resulted in him leaving the group ENHYPEN.

As loyal ENGENE since the beginning of their journey, we believe that Heeseung’s immense potential as a solo artist should not be a reason to end his integral role within ENHYPEN. Given that he remains under the same agency, we strongly urge the management to consider the following points:

Group and Individual Synergy: We believe that a solo career and group activities can coexist through effective schedule management, as proven by many senior artists in the K-Pop industry.

ENHYPEN’s Identity: Heeseung is a vital pillar of ENHYPEN’s vocal color and performance. Losing him is a significant loss to the group's identity that has been built together.

Transparency and Artist Well-being: We call for transparency regarding this decision and seek assurance from the agency that Heeseung is not under any external pressure while making such a drastic change in his career path.

Our Demand:

We urge the agency to reconsider this decision and find a solution that allows Heeseung to pursue his solo career while maintaining his status as a member of ENHYPEN.

ENGENE will continue to support both Heeseung and ENHYPEN, but we hope these aspirations are heard for the sake of the group’s future and the happiness of the artists.
