This Is Gurminder Sidhu.

He is currently serving life, on a joint enterprise sentence.

On the 13th July 2013 at around 12 am on Brook Street in Smethwick, Birmingham, Mr Sidhu was with two friends of his who openly engaged in an altercation with another gentleman.

He stood back, and didn't get involved but unfortunately the gentlemen later died of his injuries.

He was arrested and charged along side his "friends" with murder.

He never had any of the gentlemen's DNA on his hands or clothes, no blood, tissue, hair or skin and he was never identified in a line up, On his shoe he had a spot of blood from being in close range when trying to stop them unfortunately he was shoved away.

In court his co defendant wrote an open letter to the judge admitting he lied and was still being forced to lie by his legal team and he was tired of it, the judge withheld this information from the jury and so did Mr Sidhu's Barrister Sarah Buckingham when she didnt challenge it and make it known John Scott was a lying. A Second witness Ritu Vijay who is known to the police as a compulsive liar also gave false information to the police during this investigations and whilst under she admitted to jumping on the victims head and hitting him with her flip flop not to mention drinking 15 cans of Tennanse Super 9% but he was still sentenced to life for a crime he never committed. Previously she lied to the police about being raped by a group of males which she admitted to making the whole thing up

During the course of this case Mr Sidhu was also denied QC - queens council on a murder trial, he requested countless times for Michael Wolkind QC to be contacted however Paul Selby Mann & Co Solicitors and Sarah Buckingham at the time No5 Chambers refused and covered themselves so they continued to control the case. Whilst on subject they are both married which nobody  never knew and even if he raised or his family raised concerns they dismissed them and covered each other making out there was no need to have concerns.

He did not touch this man in anyway, shape or form my only crime is having "friends" who had an altercation with another human being and he was there and didn't step in to prevent it to a suitable standard which he has to accept and take full responsibility for to which he has.

But they didn't report he was the one who directed the ambulance he tried to help him. Earlier in that day they all confirmed Mr Sidhu was being subject to a number of violent incidents by the same group which had upset him and he asked them to stop they all confirm this, they were all drinking Mr Sidhu was scared for his own safety. At 10pm when he spoke to his son he told him that he was scared because they were taking things to far towards him and he was coming home he had to just get out, they wouldn't let him leave as he was the only one who had money in the bank on that day as he was paid benefits. It could have been him they were beating to death out of fear Mr Sidhu said he didnt see a thing but when he was told how they had Murdered a man in cold blood he told them what happened. He was hoping they would be locked up and he would be safe and told the police exactly what happened, whilst on the subject of police there is not one reference to them doing forensics on any of the suspects hands for the victims blood and in a Murder case this would be first protocol therefore they hindered and forged this investigation unless they did check and found somebody was innocent and that's why they withheld it. 

 

The only reason he lied is because he thought they would all get out and he would be attacked again, Barry was talking he didnt realise they had beat him to death when told he had to tell the police but they doctored the case to fool a jury and get a successful conviction again for the status this was purely a corrupt case no justice for Mr Sidhu or the victim.

The uk's no1 QC Micheal Wolkind pointed out the corruption in Mr Sidhu's original legal team and the police.

While in prison Mr Sidhu works with the Samaritans charity as the head listener, where he helps new prisoners settle in and also helps with medical slips.

They had to remortgage their house to pay for a private appeal but because Sarah Buckingham knew she did not fight this case or listen to Mr Sidhu she covered her own back and took months to hand over the evidence so the QC could take it on. The high court therefore said it was out of time, how is it fair Mr Sidhu has been in prison for 7years for a crime he did not commit due to being set up and also miss represented by a legal team who represented him poorly and simply for fun.

The Police  Left Out Of Evidence That Mr Sidhu Came Back Negative When They Dod Forensics On Hands Yet His Co Defendants Were Positive For Barry’s DNA And Blood, Why Was This Left Out Of Evidence Either They Did It And Let An Innocent Man Go To Prison Or They Didn’t Do It All Which Collapses There Case As If They Did Them They Would Know Who’s Guilty.
