It is with shock that we, the undersigned, write to express our shock at the blatant bullying, harassment, and racist attacks by Prince Harry against Dr. Sophie Chandauka, Chair of Sentebale. 

It is now one week since it was leaked by Prince Harry to British tabloids and press that he was resigning as Patron of Sentebale, a charity allegedly founded by Prince Harry and Prince Seeiso to honor their mothers’ legacy and to curb the spread of HIV/AIDS in Lesotho and Southern Africa.  I am pained to say that Harry has dishonored Diana’s memory, having flogged her memory many times for pity; and now, just disgraced her. 

What we have read in the past one week has been alarming. Dr. Sophie’s statements on Sky News shock us, particularly in light of the fact that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle claim to hate British press, yet use them to bully others.  And then lately, Harry had his friend Andy Rayner issue a racist comment against Sophie - words that I cannot print.  The racist dog whistle makes a mockery of the central tenet of common sense, kindness, firm truth, and the Christian values that you and our dearly departed Queen, showed to everyone regardless of race, sex, or creed. 

Harry’s conduct, we would never have cared for. But, he bears Royal titles and styles that he uses everyday. He is styled, The Duke of Sussex and bears HRH, calling people, politicians, and favors for his own image, PR, and money making ventures.  Although he uses Invictus Games, Sentebale, and “charity” to vainly seek a good name/buy awards (allegedly), at the end of the day, it is all to boost his commercial ventures.  As you can see from Meghan’s business venture, they only use charity to garner favor while at the end of day, actually promoting their commercial ventures. 

The Crown must win as Harry cannot separate his personal indulgences from selfless service. To him, service is transactional.  Service is PR, image building, Netflix, and a means to massage the ego of his wife. This is not what Queen Elizabeth II envisioned. Harry using royal status to make commercial gains.  He can retain the name Harry Mountbatten-Windsor.  One proposal may be to issue Letters Patent that no Royal titles and styles can be used by non-working royals who live outside The United Kingdom, its other realms and territories.
