I made this petition as a way to make others aware of how corrupt our government is. People are being penalized for possessing fictional anime content that doesn't even portray real children. This is an issue of fundamental rights and understanding the difference between fiction and reality.

Fictional content, such as anime loli, often gets unfairly judged, and enthusiasts are wrongfully labeled. No one should be arrested for owning something that's purely artistic expression and does not exploit any real child. It's essential to distinguish the imaginary from the genuine to ensure justice focuses on actual crimes against real people.

Governments and legal systems should protect us from real threats, not fantasies. By clamping down on anime lovers and confusing fiction with reality, resources are diverted from capturing real criminals: those who harm actual children. This misuse of authority needs addressing to protect both creative expression and societal safety.

Together, we can spread awareness and challenge misinformed perceptions. Let’s tell our officials that fictional art is not a crime. We need laws that are based on reality, not speculation or misunderstanding.

This Protect Act of 2003: This law makes it illegal to possess, distribute, or create any visual depiction of minors engaged in sexual activities. This includes drawings, cartoons, and other artistic representations. Even if no real children are involved, the law doesn’t make exceptions for fictional content. this shouldn't be the case fictional material isn't harming anyone!
