I began to understand that the concept of raising the age of consent as a title, does not enrich or do justice to the vast scope of issues that necessitate this action for those who cannot go beyond the heading.  This heading also encompasses a transgression issue, that has serious emotional and spiritual consequences to the victims and even perpetrators whom unbeknownst to them are spiritual captives of this detestable and sinful action.
