Raise The age of consnent - The petition has been reactivated please share

The petition had been closed to carry out further scriptural research.  This was to ensure it was not in application of "carnal weapons".

This Petition was found to be in line with GOD'S WILL for humanity.  In this case, the social issues and repercussions of an early sexual lifestyle with the suffering (to include mental health), found in our children and in society today.
