1) Send international UN peacekeepers to Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) as   quickly as possible to protect the Armenian population from the Azerbaijani aggressors 

2) If you do not protect the Armenians of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), they will be completely destroyed in the near future
