As we approach 2016, Washington State politicians will be preparing themselves for legislative sessions in Olympia. As you may or may not know, the President has been personally asked if he could breach these dams with an EO. Now we must put pressure on Washington State representatives to show them that they cannot take the voters (or the Southern Residents!) in Western Washington for granted.
