I am writing you today to humbly urge you to please support Senate bill 293. Under Pennsylvania's felony murder doctrine, you don't have to be the actual principal (the trigger man or the one who actually committed the murder) to be sentence to life imprisionment. In Pennsylvania a life sentence means that you will die in prison. Help correct this injustice by supporting senate Daylin Leach's Senate Bill(S.B.293). S.B.293 is seeking resentencing for those previously convicted of second degree murder and given a life sentence. 

This senate bill will allow the sentencing court to review those convicted of second degree murder and determine whether resentencing is appropriate at the court discretion. Please support this important piece of legislation and correct this injustice. Requesting support for House Bill No.293 Senator Daylin Leach's he's the one who's actually presenting the Bill we are trying to get the rest of the senators to get on board to support the Bill as well.
