The Friends of Frenchman Bay thank you from the bottom of our hearts for signing and sharing the petition we started a week ago. We are over 500 and want to keep this going! It's important that the powers that be in Maine and at the cruise ship lines understand that a Mega Pier is just too big for Bar Harbor and Frenchman Bay, and much that we treasure will be lost if one is built. We've come up with a few hashtags to use when you're posting about the campaign. He is quite active on Twitter, and would be such an asset to our campaign. If you're on Twitter, could you send Stephen King in our direction, asking him to sign the petition, and add the hashtags? Don't forget the characters in the hashtag add to your 140 letters. The most important thing you can do is continue to share the link to the petition widely and publicly on any platform you're most comfortable with. Feel free to use the images in our posts.
