O problema
Para muitos portugueses, os seus animais de estimação são uma das felicidades nas suas vidas e muitas pessoas veem os animais como seus filhos. A limitação ou retirada de animais de estimação das suas familias, para uma razão lógica é cruel e violenta. Uma lei que obrigue a tal negligência os direitos das pessoas e dá uma sentença de doenças, tosse de canil, disturbio mental, stress emocional e morte aos animais em canis municipais
Uma lei que delimite o número de animais de estimação em casa é inflexível e não reflecte circunstâncias, capacidades ou motivação dos proprietários. Uma limitação restringe o número de lares para animais tal como desrespeita uma escolha pessoal de cada um e a privacidade de cada casa e vida.
Nós acreditamos profundamente numa responsabilização pessoal obrigatória para proteger e respeitar estes animais.
Os animais de estimação vivem nos seus lares e são tratados como membros da familia. A todos os que pensam que esta delimitação é uma coisa positiva vamos esclarecer o seguinte: vocês esquecem se que nem todos os animais dos canis municipais são adoptados ou salvos. para a maioria dos animais espera lhes uma morte certa e horrivel. São abatidos porque não se adaptam num canil, são abatidos porque são vistos como animais agressivos pelos funcionários dos canis, são abatidos porque adoecem nos canis, mas a maioria das vezes são abatidos porque excederam o tempo de permanência no canil.
Por isso por favor assine esta petição e ajude nos a salvar os NOSSOS animais de estimação!!

No limit law and removal of dogs from their families and homes!
For many Portuguese, their dogs are a very personal form of happiness and many people feel their pet companions are like children. Limitation or removal of family dogs from a loving home for no logical reason is cruel and violent. It neglects the personal rights and sentences dogs to diseases, kennel cough, mental duress, emotional distress and euthanasia at an animal shelter.
A limit law to a specific number of dogs is inflexible and does not reflect circumstances, capabilities and motivations of owners. A limitation restricts the number of homes for animals as well as personal choice and privacy.
We are deeply convinced in a personal obligation and a responsibility to protect and respect these animals.
Please sign the petition and help spread over the word. If we can prevent this violation of rights and discriminatory action, we hope to prevent for the future, that dogs will be forced into a homeless status or even die.
These dogs are within their homes and are treated as part of the family. For those who think limitation is a good thing and the solution is placing dogs into shelters for adoption: you have forgotten, that not all animals are adopted or rescued out of shelters. Too many die! They are killed because they don’t want to live a shelter life, they are killed because they are deemed aggressive by the shelter workers, they are killed because they get sick at the shelters, but mostly they are killed because their time is up.

Kein Beschränkungsgeset...z zur Haltung von Hunden!
Für viele Portugiesen bedeuten ihre Hunde ihre ganz persönliche Form von Glück und sie empfinden ihren Hunden gegenüber ähnliche Gefühle wie für ihre Kinder. Grundlose Beschränkung und gewaltsame Wegnahme von Hunden aus ihren Familien ist grausam. Es verstößt gegen persönliche Rechte und verurteilt die Hunde zu Krankheit, Zwingerhusten, mentale Nötigung, seelische Not und schließlich die Tötung in einem Tierheim.
Ein Gesetzt zur Beschränkung der Haltung nur einer gewissen Anzahl von Hunden ist unflexibel und berücksichtigt nicht die Umstände, Kapazitäten und die Beweggründe der Besitzer. Darüber hinaus reduziert eine Beschränkung die Anzahl der Heimstätten für Tiere genauso wie die persönliche Wahlmöglichkeit und das Persönlichkeitsrecht.
Wir sind aus tiefstem Herzen überzeugt, dass wir die Verpflichtung und Verantwortung haben, diese Hunde zu respektieren und zu beschützen.
Bitte unterschreiben Sie die Petition und helfen Sie mit, sie zu verbreiten. Wenn wir diese Verletzung persönlicher Rechte und diese diskriminierende Aktion verhindern können, hoffen wir, künftig auch verhindern zu können, dass Hunde aus ihren Heimen vertrieben werden und somit dem Tod geweiht sind.
Diese Hunde leben in ihrem eigenen Zuhause und werden dort als Teil der Familie behandelt. Und alle denen, die denken, dass diese Beschränkung eine gute Sache ist und die Lösung darin besteht, Hunde zur Adoption in ein Tierheim zu geben, sei gesagt: ihr vergesst, dass nicht alle Tiere aus den Tierheimen adoptiert oder gerettet werden. Zu viele sterben! Sie werden getötet, weil sie mit einem Leben im Tierheim nicht zurechtkommen, sie werden getötet, weil die von den Tierheimmitarbeitern als aggressiv eingestuft werden, sie werden getötet, weil sie im Tierheim krank werden, aber meistens werden sie getötet, weil ihre Wartezeit um ist.
