The 2005 Shadow the Hedgehog game is one of my favorite games growing up. I personally owned a Playstation 2 system, and played the game countless times. It remains one of the last great Sonic Team games of the 2000s.

Today, I no longer own an old console system to play this game again. I do however, own a PC, to which I've been able to play various other games from my past. However, it came as a surprise to see that Shadow the Hedgehog never had a PC release, thus not allowing me to revisit one of my all time favorite games.

I would like SEGA to consider porting the game to PC, not only for me, but for many other people around the world who would like the exact same thing to happen also. However, one thing that would be nice is widescreen support. As an example, the PC port of Sonic Heroes does not come with 16:9 widescreen support, and requires modifying the game for more modern monitors. It would be nice for a PC port of Shadow the Hedgehog to have this feature.

SEGA does seem to be a fan friendly company, and I am certain that if this petition reaches far and wide enough, they would most likely consider it at the very least. I have been a fan of SEGA for a long time, as they are responsible for most of my childhood. Please, let's get SEGA to do this, if we are loud enough we may just get Shadow the Hedgehog on PC.
