I apologize for the lack of an update. I suppose I was naively holding out hope that CA/SEGA would at least acknowledge us between the Warhammer hype. We know they are aware of the petition effort so their ensuing choice to give us zero acknowledgment is a willing one. Unfortunately, I believe that means we've failed. I'm sorry everyone. I wish I could have done more to bring even just one more patch. 

Nonetheless, I appreciate the support you all gave to try and save 3k. If anything this petition speaks volumes to CA/SEGA's commitment to customer support and feedback. I for one don't feel particularly comfortable buying their products, leaving feedback, or filling out support tickets for those products with a company that completely ignores the collective concerns of over 3000 united players. 

So what's next? Unfortunately, I don't know. My intention is to leave this petition up as a potential warning to future CA/SEGA customers about what to expect in terms of game support from the company. What I do know is the mysterious new 3k title is probably about two+ years out. You can bet that this unanswered petition will be waiting to be shared on any future 3k game social media and comment sections. I hope you'll all be ready and willing to share this example of CA/SEGA ignoring their customers and abandoning game support early along with me.
