Missouri had nearly 3,700 clemency requests in December 2020 and these were reduced to 3,250 by the end of March 2021.  Governor Parsons has requested the legal team to review applications and it is slowly having an impact.  In March 17 pardons and 1 commutation were approved.  In April a further 13 pardons and 1 commutation were approved.
