Judge Kirkhman completely disregarded and ignored the Friend of Court Recommendation and Referee Jordan's order dated 9/11/2020 and his recommendations. Both discussed Parental Alienation and both discussed me having custody. 

Judge Kirkham has once again set me up to fail. Assigned us to a counselor whom I don't have a chance with. And the he takes away all my parenting time, again, because my ex is incapable of coparenting and communicating with me. 

This Judge is bias and always has been towards me. It's time to expose him and the whole Michigan of Court system  (37th Circuit Court) for taking away my daughter based on one factor out of twelve (Factor A) and because he refuses to communicate with me.
