My Evidentiary Hearing from April 9, 2021 was continued so that the Psychological Assessments could be completed on all parties (per my request). The judge stated these assessments would NOT interfere with my COURT ORDERED summer parenting time. After 7 years, I was court ordered to finally pick up my daughter June 12th and spend the entire summer with her.
The doctor stated in a letter to my exes attorney/to the judge that he would have these psychological assessments completed by May 28th, 2021. Then the doctor states to me he will have them completed middle of June. Here we are going on FOUR MONTHS and these assessments are yet to be submitted.
My daughter's ex/attorney requested for the judge to have all my parenting time suspended until these psychological assessments were completed. Then his attorney later went back and added in to have my parenting time suspended until BOTH assessments and evidentiary hearing were completed. Judge agrees and signed his order having no valid reason to once again take away all my parenting time again AFTER SEVEN YEARS. This judge has made sure I continue to not spend any time with my daughter or get my court ordered summer parenting time his own REFEREE found I should have.
After my last hearing I SHARED my judge's footage of my hearing via his own YouTube channel which streams out live to the PUBLIC, to my own private social media page/Parental Alienation group. This then causes my ex to take me back to court for "recording our court hearing while INSIDE the court house". One, the judge records and streams these hearings LIVE to the PUBLIC. And two, I was not INSIDE the courthouse as our hearings are held via zoom. But, the judge still granted his motion to hold me in contempt and instead of "giving me jail time" he ordered me to pay his lawyer fees of nearly $500, for again simply sharing the judge's own public livefeed.
To this day, I have yet to receive the psychological assessments as they are still not completed. I have repeatedly inquired about these assessments each week. I am told all last week by the doctor's assistant that she can no longer answer any more of my questions regarding the psychologist assessments.
