My summer parenting time with my daughter was to begin June 12th. Of course this court ordered parenting time hasn't occurring once again as expected, for the seventh summer in a row. Psychological assessments were ordered by the judge on all parties. The judge stated this would not affect my summer parenting time. But it has. I now have to wait for the psychological assessments to be completed and submitted to the judge. The Evidentiary hearing will not take place until late July. Then that hearing will be continued if it's like the rest. By the time everything is said and done my court ordered summer parenting time will be over and another opportunity to bond with my alienated daughter will be gone. My ex has turned her against me completely. We no longer have any connection to one another due to Parental Alienation. When the Michigan family court system wants to decide to recognize this type of Psychological abuse does exist, then maybe I'll actually have a change to be who my daughter needs, her mother. 

I've fought seven long years so far and gotten no where. Once again my parenting time is suspended until these assessments are submitted and the Evidentiary hearing is complete. There is absolutely no valid reason anyone can give to suspend all my parenting time. 

Most people are aware you can  watch court hearings stream live via YouTube. Since I "Shared" a public YouTube video of my court hearing to my Facebook the judge stated instead of jail time he was holding me in contempt. I'm ordered to pay an hour worth of my exes lawyers time for having to write a motion to stop me from discussing my court case that has been nothing but complete injustice. $470 dollars to his lawyer when his lawyer lied in his motion and lied in court based on the purpose and how the live streamed court hearing was shared. I spread awareness regarding Parental Alienation. I try to help other parents who have lost their child due to this abuse and are fighting for their child(ren) in a broken family court system. 

Please continue to support my fight against the psychological abuse one parent inflicts upon their own child because they hate their ex more than they love their child. Judges don't like being exposed to the corruption and unfairness they engage in. So instead of allowing me to freely speak against Parental Alienation using my own private Facebook page, I'm threatened with jail time if it bappens abajdny instead of owing monetary funds to his lawyer who helps keep my daughter from me in the first place. Such a backwards system we have. But you can't silence me. You can't take away my right to speak out against such injustice one judge has caused me for the last seven years. And you sure can't take away my freedom of speech. If you don't want your court hearings watching because the pure injustice one judge displays will be shown to the world, change what you're doing and recognize the signs of PA and the injustice done to me.
