My fight for custody continues. I will not live in fear. Custody should NOT be primarly based on an ESTABLISHED CUSOTDIAL ENVIRONMENT. When you know and repeatedly state a parent is unwilling to coparent, unwilling to communicate, and unwilling to place their hate aside in order to put their child first it's time to make some major changes.

Where a child has lived the longest should NEVER be the reason a parent gets custody. How does one factor outweigh all the others?
