I am asking for Kelsie's father to stop his never ending false accusations and his abuse of the system in using CPS to lie on myself and my family! Stop! Think of our daughter before displaying such selfish actions that only hurt her.  Stop making up reasons to keep Kelsie and I apart. 

As Richard Guinoo had no reason to harass and threaten my family based solely off of Kelsie's father's never ending false accusations to begin with (again), I did my own research (as usual) and caught and confronted Richard Guinoo in a multitude of lies. When I challenged Richard and provided proof to his lies I was repeatedly hung up on and ignored. CPS ignored me?? Avoided me?? The exact ones CPS are out to ruin and threaten hide when they get caught in all their lies?!?

After Richard Guinoo realized I knew my rights (thanks to years of her father's on going false accusations) he resorted to calling my husband in secrecy behind my back. Richard Guinoo went to my home knowing myself and my son would not be there, but stated to my husband who was working out of town he had to come home, meet with him, and that I was fully aware of this malicious act that was taking place. Richard threatened my husband and stated if he did not sign his false cps report (again based solely on their lies) that he would immediately remove our son from our care and place him in foster home (based off their false accusations and having NO PROOF to show for anything he said.

Again, another CPS harassment call all based off their false accusations. Richard Guinoo provided no facts, no records, no videos, no proof of evidence, stated he kept forgetting his notes and "proof" and even lied about who his supervisor was.

This is the works of CPS Richard Guinoo. Many CPS workers are out to remove children from their homes without any type of investigation and harass and threaten families and its truly sad so many families lives are disrupted all because one parent wants to keep a child that was born to two people all to themselves. 

I'm updating this petition because enough is enough. I am asking YOU to stop abusing the system. Stop using CPS every time I get closer to getting my daughter. Stop using CPS before any new court order is written. Stop using CPS period as this is NOT the way to go. This is NOT what CPS is intended for. Your behavior is NOT in Kelsie's best interest and it is going to stop. 

CPS case was closed. I have a pending lawsuit to end their further false accusations and stop CPS harassment. If I don't sue and protect my family from this nightmare will never end.  

Please think of our daughter when you do these things to her mother whom has done nothing to you. Please just stop all the threats and harassment and allow Kelsie to just be a happy child who can enjoy and know both sides of her family.
