The false allegations never end. Although the papers was marked "safe" the accusers were not pleased so decided to make up further allegations. Shane and Shayna called CPS to delay a new court order as they were mad the recommendation by the FOC states FULL CUSTODY SHOULD BE CHANGED TO ME. And for him to finally seek the help he needs. But instead here are more of their false allegations they have called in one by one each time papers were marked "safe" UNFOUNDED.

ALLEGATIONS: 

1. I told my son to jump to me into the water where all children play and jump. Water was only waste deep. Why do you care about what I'm doing with my son to this extent? 

2. My 5 year old son didn't have on "proper safety equipment" they say. My son was wearing his ring around his waste which was in only waste deep water while other children had nothing. Because they did not have to weat anything. It's not required. We are at the beach trying to have good family fun.

3. My daughter has been told by them not to skype with me. So skype has been non existent for months. But they say "I was in and out of consciousness" for 26 minutes having to be woken up by my mother in law. Skype is 10 minutes. They never let it last a second longer. But again, skype has been non existent for months in which they have now blocked me against court order. 

4. I'm abusing my PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION PRESCRIBED BY A DOCTOR they say. What makes them think I even take any type of medication? Or see a doctor? How do they know anything about my life being 12 hours away with no contact? Two, I signed no consent form. Three CPS marked case "unfounded" but lied and still called into another county after Richard Guinoo said he wouldn't and was "done". 

5. The accusations continued from what my kids did, what they wore, to what they said. My son wanted to skype Kelsie. He said why does she not skype anymore? I miss her and love her. So they twist his words and say I am emotionally and verbally abusing my children for allowing them to share their feelings with one another. 

It doesn't end. I can't even think of each petty accusation just to harass me. Just one after the other. Writing false affidavits full of lies should have consequences. Lying under oath should have consequences Stalking my property. Taking photos of my kids. Counting our cars. Coaching your own child to say she was molested SHOULD HAVE CONSEQUENCES. 

It never ends!

Still waiting after over a month from the last hearing for this new order to be written. 

I'm simply asking for peace in my life. For them to leave me alone. To learn to be cordial and coparent for Kelsie's sake. Stop abusing the system and stop all your false allegations. Just learn to live in peace and allow Kelsie to be happy. Allow us all to just be happy.
