We, the undersigned, urgently call for an amendment to Article II, Section I, Clause V of the United States Constitution in legal and proper form, to fortify the qualifications for the highest offices in our nation. Currently, this clause states:

"No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."

1. Maximum Age Limitation: Establish a maximum age not to exceed sixty-five (65) years, three hundred, sixty-four (364) days for individuals to serve as President of the United States. This ensures our leaders possess the necessary vigor and contemporary insight.

2. Criminal Record Exclusion: Prohibit citizens with a/any felony convictions from holding the office of President, ensuring our leaders have a history of legal and ethical conduct.

3. Vice Presidential Eligibility: Apply these amended criteria uniformly to the office of Vice President, maintaining consistent standards for both offices.
