BREAKING NEWS:  Mayor Karen Bass Rescinds her support for the Streets For All feasibility study to "tear down" the CA 90 Freeway

I met with Mayor Karen Bass ‘s representative this past Wednesday and I’m thrilled to announce Mayor Karen Bass has RESCINDED her support of the Streets For All Marina Central Park Feasibility Study to "tear down" the CA 90 Freeway

On October 20, 2023, Mayor Bass issued the following statement regarding the potential Marina 90 Freeway Project in Los Angeles:

"I want to be very clear – I do not support the removal or demolition of the 90 freeway.  I’ve heard loud and clear from communities who will be impacted and I do not support a study on this initiative.  I thank Angelenos for continuing to make their voices heard about this important issue.”
