Have you heard the latest news about a brief court hearing TOMORROW 11 May? See update below:

Breaking news from BackTo60 Facebook page

It would be good to know what is going on.

Have you been consulted? Or given your consent?

Remember, the Parliamentary Ombudsman is only reviewing Maladministration.

The only way to resolve all of 50sWomen's complaints about the implementation of State Pension Age changes, and to fulfil their rights both legally and morally, is to consider BOTH proven Direct Discrimination AND ongoing Maladministration at the same time, for the benefit of ALL 50sWomen.

This can be done through Alternative Dispute Resolution settlement talks (#ADRnow) as proposed by Rt Hon Sir George Howarth's cross-party group and by Early Day Motion 1040.

How can you help?

  • You can support 50sWomen by writing to your MP to urge them to join the cross-party group and/or to sign EDM1040.

  • You can also do your bit by signing this petition, sharing it widely and urging your family and friends to do likewise!

  • Partners and whole families have been affected by this injustice, and many have recently been signing in support - thank you if you are one of those!
