So much housing wanted and no housing

Just today alone on the local rental page was 8 new posts for people desperately seeking housing. I would like to gather signatures so that I can take them  to the powers that be so hopefully some changes will be made in the future and not just talked about. 

I know not everyone can reach out and ask for help and those are the people I am doing this for not myself. We have a huge need not just for housing but affordable housing adding more subsidized housing won’t solve the issue especiallyfor those that don’t make a living wage. 
to live on the coast with a living wage you need two adults making approximately 20$ each.. this doesn’t cover our seniors single parents or those that may not be able to work. 

please help me to show out community wants change and something done
