Greater Sydney’s waterways are currently under threat from plastic waste and pollution. It is estimated that by 2050, the amount of plastic waste will outweigh fish in the ocean.

My name is Jenson Wade and I am 8 years old. I love swimming in the ocean and waterskiing on the Port Hacking River. I am committed to keeping our waterways clean for everyone to enjoy. With the help of my friends and community I have already removed almost 500kgs of rubbish from our local waterways but there is still so much more to do and we need your help.

After seeing a movie about the fight against climate change, I set myself the goal to get the first Seabin in the Sutherland Shire.
