The Issue
The current 100 kph limit is too slow for the new roads. Give us a liitle more freedom to go faster and not fall asleep on the wheel .
Licenses being confiscated and only redeemable in Manila LTO offices maybe fine if you are a Manila Resident, but terribly punitive for those of us who live in the provinces just because we went over a speed limit designed for older raods and older times.
