We are petitioning the cancellation of fall sports for TSSAA. Fall sports for many kids especially seniors depending on that one offer, one opportunity, that could change their life forever. Many coaches have put in plans that seems to be effective as we are the only school district in the state of Tennessee not playing any fall sports. Coaches throughout have several ways of playing the game of football safe. Coaches are willing to play with a mask on and/or face shield as well. Coaches have also gave the thought of spraying lysol on athletes throughout the game. Also providing hand sanitizer. We have many schools inside of Memphis that are playing while others are not. For example a private school called Memphis University School and another school called Ridgeway High School. These two schools are right down the street from each other one is practicing on Friday one is playing on Friday. Please sign and help us as we move forward. #LETUSPLAY
