Thanks to your support, the primary intent is done. 

The Govt. of  India has amended their rules on GST and effectively reduced the load to the people affected. But if you have noticed, the change in the rule has not given  relief to all universally.

However, many retirees who are part of group health insurance arrangements—such as those managed by pensioner associations—are still burdened by an 18% GST load.

My next attempt is to appeal that group policies where the the premium cost is borne by the individuals covered in the group should be deemed as individual policies and add to GST should not be charged to those individuals.
