Here is an image of both my proposed 'National' and 'Local' scope setting

Folks,
Above is a mockup image of my proposed 'National' and 'Local' scope setting with the drop-down menu and relevant text boxes!
National scope:
A user who selects this option will be given a drop-down menu of all 196 countries to distribute their promotional ads - in my example in the image above, the user has selected 'United States of America'.
The box below the drop-down menu is the 'State' box, in my example in the image above, the user has selected 'Mississippi'.
The 'Entire country' text box below is for the user to choose if they want to distribute their promotional ads to the entire United States or just the state of Mississippi, if this box is ticked the 'State' box will get greyed/grayed out, and the promotional ads will be distributed on the feeds of all Change.org users in the United States regardless of where the petition starter resides or which currency they use to pay for promotional advertisements.
Local scope:
Rather than a drop-down menu where you (the petition starter) chooses where to distribute promotional ads to, under my proposed system, users are given three boxes to type into (city/county, borough, post/zip code). If the user selects the city/county option for the widest variety of the local scope (in the image above, the user has selected 'Greater London'), the borough and post/zip code options are automatically greyed/grayed out as the promotional ads target the entire capital (campaigns about reducing aircraft noise across London or about TfL train strikes must be selected with this option, the widest tier of the local scope as these are issues that affect the entire capital).
If a user selects the 'borough' option, only the post/zip code option below is automatically greyed/grayed out and the city/county option is automatically filled in with 'Greater London' (in my example above, the user has typed out 'Merton', so the promotional ads will be distributed exclusively to platform users within the London borough of Merton).
If a user selects the 'post/zip code' option, both the city/county AND the borough options will be automatically filled in with no boxes greyed/grayed out; in the image above, the user has selected the SW19 postcode about a hypothetical campaign to save the All England club from being demolished and turned into a brand new housing estate, this option ensures promotional ads are exclusively geofenced to the SW19 postcode, with only users within that postcode seeing the promotional ads on their feeds.
To clarify, my proposed live geographical breakdown map next to the signature counter should appear on ANY petition page and be visible to all users logged in and logged out, not just the petition starter.
We have now reached 256 signatures.
