HI Everyone

It is incredible to see that we will soon be at 700,000 supporters. We cannot thank you enough for all your help in achieving this. However, the First Minister, Nicola Sturgeon remains silent on the issue and is allowing her agencies to continue the logging.

A lot of you have mentioned using the media to grab her attention and we agree. The plan is as follows. Get the petition to a million followers and then personally hand the petition in to the government and invite journalists to cover the story. 

A million signatures is absolutely unprecedented and very newsworthy. To put it in context it will represent around 20% of the entire Scottish population. Surely the First Minister won't be able to ignore such a massive public outcry.
