Today we passed 100,000 signatures supporting the protection of Clashindarroch Forest and all the wildcats and other wildlife that live there! This is such an amazing and unexpectedly huge response so a massive thank you to you all for signing it and sharing it around. These cats were discovered by a fieldwork project I set up about ten years ago, called Wildcat Haven. They work with really limited funds but have achieved an incredible amount identifying and protecting wildcats in Scotland already. I visited them recently to catch up with the team running it today, and to shoot some film footage on their work. I thought it would be nice to share some of that, showing just how they discovered this last population of the UK's rarest creature, that this petition can hopefully protect forever.
