Yesterday (Monday 14th) I attended the Selkirk Community Council meeting to express my concerns about the proposed development. Members of the Community Council are preparing their own responses. Some of them echoed our concerns, and it seems that the general consensus is that at very least the plans should be adjusted to be more appropriate for the area.

If you haven't already, please do submit your own formal objection on the Planning Portal, as the council must take these into account. The deadline for this is Friday 18th.

I will be sending the list of signatures to the Councillors for Selkirkshire on Thursday 17th, so please share as widely as you can before that as it would be great to get to 50 signatures at least!
