It has been over one year since our fight against the Scott Run Commerce Center was launched. Some of the fruits of organizing has led to proposed legislation that would put a temporary halt on new warehouse applications in New Castle County over 150k Sq ft until proper zoning changes have been made within the UDC. There will be an upcoming Zoom info session on Wednesday April 26th at 7:30 p.m. Councilman David Carter, the sponsor of the legislation, will be a guest. This info session is in advance of the planned NCC Planning Board Meeting on 2 MAY 2023 at 7 p.m. Details of the planning board meeting, which will allow for public comment, will be discussed at this info session.
