Thanks to your efforts, your pressure on county, and ability to generate 1,600 signatures the developer is now willing to meeting with the community. The meeting will be held June 6, 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. at 210 North Bayberry Parkway, Middletown, DE 19709 (also known as the Bayberry lakehouse) Unfortunately, the developer did not agree to a formal presentation with Q and A (you may imagine why) but will have informational station areas for questions.
