The return of Barnaby Joyce to the leadership of the Nationals, and hence Deputy Prime Minister, also sees him replace his predecessor Michael McCormack on the Women's Safety Taskforce. 

Mr Joyce resigned as Deputy Prime Minister in 2018 after revelations he was expecting a child with a staffer as a result of an extramarital affair. He questioned publicly whether the child was his. He also is facing his own sexual harassment allegation. He is unfit for this position. 

We call on Scott Morrison to immediately remove Joyce from this Taskforce.
