Tyler The Creator is a Artist who was wrongfully banned in Australia July 28th 2015 because of lyrics he had created in the past and yet he is the only artist who has been punished to this extent i will give examples of other artist who have also made lyrics when the where younger for example Eminem if you don't believe so check his song "kill you".

I don't believe an Artist should be banned for lyrics if they are not committing a crime unless singing and or rapping is a crime now in the beautiful country of Australia land of the young and free with golden soil.
