Google has worst policies, for google developer accounts which is far from understandings and forcing a devastating end of a developer who is looking forward to start their life.

They don't have any man to man supports for these trainings and policy explanations. They don't have very well documented or easy to understand documentation, even if it is they are not completely clear.

They charge developers $25 for account registration, developers put their whole efforts and try to make their livings in hope of success but you never know when google makes decisions to suspend your apps, accounts with the help of their bots, which are not reliable. This puts lot developers hard efforts in vain, they feel helpless against this giant.

They suspend apps running for 5 years, 1 years why ??? if there is something violating in app which google all of a sudden finds after 5 years or 2 years, google should have measures in place that it should not let that app approved rather than suspending our accounts and keep our $25. This can be life taking incidences for an individual developer who is trying to establish himself or herself.

The accounts should not be suspended but they should have measures to disapprove apps before hand. Suspend the apps no problem, as itself gives the learning to developers of doing the right things, but banning and refraining any hopes for creating new accounts is like putting them behind the bars till their death is a very harsh decision one can make forever.

Guess what how this is wrong and not giving any chance to correct the previous mistakes, release 4 apps all together in a week, and lets say each of them have little mistakes may be you copied some image from internet which shows a free licence to use but you never know, you used a music which says free to use for commercial purposes but you never know and google strike 1 app and sends you the notice, you start working on correcting those mistakes, and you got hit on other app and then 3rd app within no matter of time, Where is the chance to get yourself corrected because google already now terminated your account for multiple violation which you didn't do intentionally. You've used freelancer to support your work and they probably have used some violated content but you are now left with no options then the depressing life ahead, waking up every morning with stress and fear, if our account is live. 

If they cant do these checks before making our apps live, they are simply cheating us and supporting only big studios, one must stop them and penalise them for all these years and also ask them to revive accounts and put policy check for approvals and disapproval before making the app live.

If they have so many intelligent bots, why not they provide these tools in their consoles or to developers to check in advance if we can run it on our apps before publishing it to console and see if it has any violation related copyright, or anything for which google makes decision later after weeks of publishing apps. They must provide those tools to us as well and that will provide a better, fair and transparent working, also will avoid such kind of actions and developer knows in advance if they have done something wrong well in advance before going live and can rest his life in piece once its published as they know now that its not violating anything.

I quit my job during the pandemic with a huge risk to focus on my games development work, I put in around more than 30K for promoting my apps, which were live for more than a year but now all of a sudden, hit after hit with no chance to revive and I lost all my money and my efforts, it's so devastating.

I hope many of the voices will support this as its a matter of whole life which is about to start for million of individual developers. Do not stop sharing or supporting this petition, as its a hope for millions of life's for right thing. We are not asking for much,  We are not criminals.
