Another Update

Still no progress. Legal action doesn’t seem to be an option as the contract is pretty airtight. I would say that we could collectively bully Scion, but they are a multi-million dollar company that definitely does not care about us. If I hear of anything, I will update. However, the only current option is to find someone to fill your spot or wait until/if they reach 100% occupancy.
