As you know, an attorney in town, Kevin Malanga discovered that our elected officials' designation of Essex Green/Executive Drive as "An Area in Need of Redevelopment" was illegal and would lead to tax benefits to the developers at the expense of taxpayers. He filed a lawsuit entitled Malanga v West Orange. The hearing is scheduled for Monday July 16, 2018 at 1:30 P.M. If you can make the time, it is important to show the court that the citizens of West Orange demand a fair and transparent government.
