Despite the objectors' lawsuit to stop the illegal redevelopment scheme which would allow for a no-bid contract and tax abatements to the developers, the Mayor's office has spent $35,000 for a redevelopment plan. Why did West Orange taxpayers pay for this? And where is the rest of the plan for the other three buildings and Essex Green Shopping Center?
