The Planning Board will vote on whether to approve or deny the building of three warehouses on this narrow parcel of land (pictured) that backs up to residents' backyards on both sides. They have a request for a variance to reduce the buffer from 25 feet to 10 feet. THIS IS A FIRE HAZARD, NOISE PROBLEM, FLOODING ISSUE, OVERDEVELOPMENT, TRAFFIC ISSUE and more!
