Last night, our Planning Board meeting to discuss development at 345 Drum Point Road was cut short due to time limitation. The 345 Drum Point Rd development hearing will be continued at the Planning Board Meeting on Wednesday, June 26th at 7pm at Town Hall (401 Chambers Bridge Road). WE NEED TO SHOW UP AGAIN FOR THE SAFETY & INTEGRITY OF OUR NEIGHBORHOOD/TOWN.

The applicant's engineer spoke about the plans. He glossed over the stormwater management portion claiming he did not want to "bore the public with technical information".  This information is imperative & need not be glossed over. WE ALREADY HAVE FLOODING ISSUES HERE!  

At the June 26th meeting, it was noted that the applicant may testify himself & the applicant's Planner is said to be providing testimony. We need to ask the important questions & make our public comments at this meeting if we are to Save Sky Manor.
