The Rezoning application has been changed to a Development Agreement application and therefore the wording on the petition has been updated to reflect this change. The petition is not essentially different as the proposed development is not different.

The petition remains a show of non-support for the development of a campground in Scots Bay, NS.

We have captured the signatures and comments so far and will be sending them to our Municipal Mayor, Council and Development and Planning Services offices in Kings County, NS. We will continue to send updated signatures at regular intervals.
