As we are aware Erdington is becoming over run with HMO's and alot of residents to the area have had enough.

A new housing application has been applied to build a HMO on Wheelwright Road above the shops, taking up car parking and storage for the shop. They are hoping in the long run it will effect the shop and they will be able to turn the hole units into a huge HMO.

We do not need to attract anymore unwanted attention, or need anymore unsupported Hmos in the area There is more than enough around here, not all but alot of these are not supported and have caused issues for residents already here resulting into Erdington loosing good family homes to make way for these accommodations.  Erdington was such a lovely family run place to grow up in and its a shame to see the change this area is becoming and are asking you to sign this petition to SAY NO TO THE HMO ON WHEELWRIGHT ROAD.

Mick Brown will be posting this appeal to the council on 31st January we need as many signatures as we can to stop this happening Please help turn Erdington back into the happy family place we once knew it was.
