As part of the Local Government Reorganisation (LGR), Nottingham City Council has developed a third proposal.

This is option to create includes parts of Broxtowe, Gedling and Rushcliffe (Bii). This option has now been progressed for a detailed financial review.

This proposed option will be submitted to the Council’s Executive Board in November 2025, with the final proposal being submitted to the Government by 28 November 2025.
