As of April 23, the actual ICBC legislation to be voted on by MLAs defines "minor injuries" as including "psychiatric injuries" like depression or PTSD - even if CHRONIC. Unfortunately, depression is usually a major injury. Patients who have depression often face debilitating lives. Suicide attempts are not uncommon. This is a disgrace and shows a stigma against the mentally ill.
