Great news! I am thrilled to inform you that earlier tonight, BR-PUD-24-02 was voted upon favorably by the Planning Commission earlier tonight at their meeting. This solidifies Pleasants’ plan to put in 18 age-targeted villas at 1150 Potomac View Parkway. Additionally, Dan Fryer confirmed at the meeting that they (Pleasants) have signed a contract with Frederick Primary CareAssociates for a plot in the Marketplace commercial area for their medical center/office. 

This achievement wouldn't have been possible without your unwavering support and dedication.

At the end of the meeting, Marie Broadman delivered a heartfelt speech, expressing our collective gratitude, unity, and commitment to collaboration. Her message was warmly received, and the whole room erupted in applause.
