Save everything:
• Screenshots of onboarding demands for ELD integration (especially links like verify.withhighway.com)
• Emails or messages saying “No integration, no freight”
• Proof of being ghosted or blacklisted for refusing
2. Send It In

4. Demand Action
We’re drafting a formal Petition for Rulemaking to FMCSA to BAN forced ELD integration.
We’re also contacting Congress, media, and industry groups to expose this abuse and call for change.
We will not let this be normalized.
