Despite the testimonies of numerous transgender people and their allies today, the Government Operations Subcommittee has voted to advance the anti-transgender bathroom bill HB-583. The bill now only needs to advance through one more subcommittee before reaching the full house. This discriminatory bill keeps moving forward and we need to keep telling our representatives to vote no, because using the restroom should never be a crime!
